Imperius AM are actively involved in sponsoring organisations and events in our local community as well as around the world. A selection of the activities we participate in can be found below.
Mellis Cricket Club - Diss
We are actively involved in promoting youth sport and sponsor Mellis Cricket Club's academy side. Mellis Cricket Club play their cricket in Mid-Suffolk close to the town of Diss. They have two league sides in the 'Hunts County Bats' Suffolk League, also play friendly matches and regularly tour in the UK and beyond. The club was re-established in 1991 and they have recently undergone a series of significant changes including the creation of a brand new cricket pitch in the neighbouring village of Thornham Magna.

Universal H2O - Water Aid Charity
We sponsor Murielle Meutcheye, who runs the charity organisation 'Universal H20'. Murielle is a strong believer in safe water and sanitation being basic human rights, and works tirelessly to organise events (and even runs marathons) to raise money for Water Aid. Murielle needed to get a website online to maximise her efforts and Imperius AM were happy to help.

WaterAid enables the world's poorest people to gain access to safe water and sanitation. Together with improved hygiene, these basic human rights underpin health, education and livelihoods, forming the first essential step in overcoming poverty. Water Aid work with local partners, who understand local issues, and provide them with the skills and support to help communities set up and manage practical projects that meet their real needs.

Miguel has been working with horses since he was 9 years old. At age 12 Miguel got his first horse called 'Jafu of Caseres' and started in competitions. He participated in several Youth Championships and Junior Chamionships, obtaining a good 4th place in 1987.

In 2003 he started his own business, teaching riders, selling horses and participating in professional competitions. Today, Miguel has a very good group of clients and very capable students: one of his students was Portuguese Champion 2008 in the Novice class. Miguel invites students from abroad every year who come to make use of his vast knowledge and experience.

At this present time Miguel is participating in the National Tour - in the 1.3m class and we are delighted that he is wearing our colours in these events.
